Helping businesses since 2009!
Howzit!
Scott Wentworth here from The Weblab.
I hope you have managed to find some value on my website?
I don’t like talking about myself or my business, but considering you are on this page to learn more about us, here goes.
The Weblab started over 10 years ago, in my one-bedroom granny flat with zero clients and zero capital.
All I had was a computer and an internet connection, and the ability to design websites.
Fast forward 10+ years, and my business is now a small effective team of online marketers that will take your business to new heights through online marketing strategies.
Onto the team…
Kind Regards
Scott Wentworth

What Do You Do At The Weblab:
I am a Website Designer/Developer building high-class work that meets and exceeds clients’ expectations. Specializing in both the visual aspect (Design) and bringing it to life (Development), I use relevant programs that the project requires. Priority being SEO, speed, and mobile responsiveness without jeopardizing the overall aesthetics.
What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working:
I’m what you call an overall technology/creativity junkie so when I’m not working on design projects, I’m either producing music, reviving teammates in Misty Meadows, catching up on a series, or hanging out with friends and family.

What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working:
I enjoy gaming and spending time with friends and family. I also really enjoy outdoor activities like hiking, camping and cycling. I have a passion for photography; whether it’s capturing the sunrise or just a random picture of the beach, I believe every picture has a purpose.

What Do You Do At The Weblab:
My job title was once “The Do-it-all”. While I do still have my finger in almost every pie, my core focus at The Weblab is Project Manager. My goal is to ensure that our talented team completes each project to perfection and that the client is satisfied with their product and our service.
What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working:
Spare time… What’s that? Just kidding. My absolute favourite thing to do is spend time with the people I love – especially my little boy.

I am a very active, outdoorsy person, and have a huge passion for surfing, skating and dancing. My day is never complete without a bit of journaling and a good book.

What Do You Do At The Weblab:
Firstly, I nerd out on market data and identify growth areas relevant to your niche. I then develop a strategy based on your business objectives. I’ll then constantly monitor the metrics of your campaign and optimize it accordingly with the team. Basically, I’m a tech ninja.
What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working:
When I’m not being exposed to the blue light from a screen, staying active keeps me balanced. I enjoy hiking, Crossfit and wrenching on vintage motorcycles.

What Do You Do At The Weblab:
I am involved in graphic design for The Weblab, where brand identity is my main focus. My job is to create visual concepts from scratch. My goal is to turn raw ideas into stunning design and deliver the client’s message to visually captivate their customers.
What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working:
I spend most of my time with friends and family. I am involved in a music project/band where I produce music and play it when I’m not working. The weekend is the best time to play my music at some gigs in town or doing tours whenever I get the chance.

What Do You Do At The Weblab:
Maintaining a cohesive social media presence can be really difficult for those inexperienced with social media. But, that’s what we’re here for!
My role at The Weblab is managing your business’ social media presence and managing your online community. My passion is making social media social again, by providing your audience with real valuable content that will convert them from followers into leads.
What Do You Enjoy Doing When You Are Not Working:
Since I spend so much of my life online, during my downtime I prefer being completely disconnected in the outdoors. Camping, hiking, gardening, chilling at the beach, and petting animals.
